My bandwidth is 256 KBps for this bandwidth downloading speed is 30-32 kbps. But for last month i get the doubled the speed. But now for from last two days downloading speed again decreases. So then please give me doubled downloading speed or increase my bandwidth..

I have bought a new Airtel number few days ago.Yesterday, 10 rupees is deducted automatically from my account.When i talked to the customer care representative,he told me that i have started a logo service from Airtel live but the truth is that i have never used that service nor started accidently.
