No support or replacement of failed battery within warranty period
I had purchased an industrial battery, model IQ 500 Plus MF, serial number 90582, manufactured by a very renounced Industry “Exide Industries limited” on 15th of April 2009. The battery was used with a Luminous 800 v Inverter for back up power support in case of power failures. The warranty for this battery model was two years maintenance free from it’s date of purchase that is from 15-04-2009.

Less standard Mobile Phone
I buyed a nokia e 72(brown colour) for 18600 rupees from nokia priority dealer, Happy Creation,Opp KSRTC,Mavoor Road,Calicut on 10 april 2010,
And when i noticed a manufacturing defect, ie. The alignment between switch pad and screen is not correct. The next day i showed my phone to shop’s salesman… And he said nothing can be done.
And i very sure that its a manufacturing defect.
