I purchased Android Mobile “Celkon A900′ on Dec 2012 at Guntur(AP) at my home place. On Oct 2013, the mobile was given for repair at Celkon Service Centre, that is Roja Mobiles located at Guntur (AP) on 22 Oct 13 as its comes on warranty period. Details of mobile as follow : (a) Mobile model – Celkon A900 (b) IMEI No – 911236350012744 (c) work order reference – CM13A03215519. Service centre assured me that it will send its main company located at Hyderabad and will repaired and given to you within 20 days. Before my completion of leave as I serving in the Army I had contacted the Roja mobiles, replied that mobile has not returned from company and given phone No of its customer service also. Later I contacted Celkon customer service, replied it is under process. I returned to my unit located at Shillong(Meghalaya). I contacted so many times during my rest times which I gets hardly. Company keeps not attending calls, after so many tries when I contacted gives replies that is under process, sometimes we will call you on this mobile No with progress. After all no reply has cameup. I tried to send e-mails, No reply was received till date.
Rs 1,00,000/- I have been claiming as compensation for creating me mental egony, wasting my time, poor customer service and poor responsibility to the customer of the Celkon mobile.
