Celkon Mobiles – Service Under Warranty – LCD Display Issue

I had provided my Phone Celkon A200 for a LCD Display issue on 17th September 2013 at Sri Sai Communications, Secunderabad which is an authorized Service Center of Celkon Mobiles. I have contacted the Service Center Multiple times, and the Company Customer Care over three times and they have always promised it would be done In 3 days as the matter is pending with the company, but it is over a month now and there has been no action taken and the Handset not repaired and given back to me yet.

I would like to get back the repaired Handset within 3 days and compensate me for the loss I had to face due to additional phone purchase.
