Purchased cell phone @ Rs 4999/- (EPhone Ultra Slim Touch Screen Mobile) on receipt it was found defected, returned it back as per Naptol.com advise, after that neither I got replacement nor the refund despite my repeated e-mail / phone call reminders since 7th Oct 2009. i wounder most of their customer care phone lines does not respond and e-mail reminders are also not responded except once or twice, I felt cheated and harassed by Naptol.com
