Central Bank – did not provide detail of loan and overdue position

I wish to inform you that my son having a saving a/c no-1724149191 and education loan a/c no-1724177741 with central bank in begusarai,Bihar main branch. I would like to pay my gratitude to the branch manager to sanction my loan at that time. I and my son (beneficiary) approached you many times to clear the overdue if any / settle the loan in full as my son got gainful employment. But citing one or another reason you did not provide detail of loan and overdue position. When my all oral request failed to yield any response from you. I and my son (beneficiary) sending email i.e

26/07/2010,27/07/2010,16/05/2013,19/05/2013,16/07/2013,28/07/2013, 26/11/2013 Online complain-26/11/2013 online feedback-19/05/2013, 26/11/2013 etc and Speed post letter no EU116626007IN dated 14/05/2013, EU082564160IN dated 22/12/2011. But none of my email/speed post letter has been replied by you. I have come to know that you have preferred a complaint against my son to his employer. My reputation has been tarnished by your this act. I therefore prefer to approach appropriate court of law for your this act of dereliction duties by your branch manager for defamation against you and your bank. As they have mentally harassed me for informing my son’s employer. They may suitable be advise for compensation for having mentally harassed me. For which you will be solely be responsible. 1.overdue charge and penalty should be waived. 2.interest subvention should be adjusted. 3.proper compensation of mental harassment and tarnishing my son’s image in front of employer.
