I wanted to launch a Food delivery e-commerce app in December,2015 and reached out to Centreonyx company located in jodhpur. They promised me to deliver this app in 15 -20 days so based on the commitment I had initiated our backend work (Like vendor registration , hiring delivery boys for food logistics etc) . Today it is 8th march,2016 , my app is in Google play store but it is not operational . There are lot of issues in our App.The developers are so inexperienced that they don’t even know basic User interface . For example , I asked him to include 12.5% VAT portion in some restaurants and they just added VAT amount in total order amount , there is no field of VAT in order page . This is just a small part , there are lot many instances that proves that their developer are senseless, Inexperienced and don’t know coding. Till today i have already spent 3.5 Lakhs in our delivery boys salary , promotions , registration cost , marketing but the only thing missing is App. I had to bear huge business loss due to their careless behavior.
