was admitted to the PhD program of National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. The registration was on Sept 12th, 2014 and I was about to leave India on Sept 7th, 2014. For registration I had to submit Taiwan Embassy notarized copies of my educational documents. Embassy asks for MEA (Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi) verification and MEA asks for Mantralaya, Mumbai verification. I contacted Mr. Naresh Taneja and asked him if he can get it done. He gave his confident approval and told me that I need to send a copy of passport and the documents to be attested to his address. I verified it thrice and he said that only this much is required from my side. I did that, then he brought up few more requirements such as form of attestation, authorization letter etc. I had to send 4 separate couriers for this. He kept on bringing up new requirements everyday but I didn’t complain because the work was urgent. Then he blamed me that I am not sending all the documents together. He successfully got my documents verified by MEA, New Delhi. The issue crossed it limits when my medical form was rejected by the embassy and he kept mum for around a week. When I inquired about it then he told me that my form is incomplete, photograph is missing. I had sent him a form with photography and I signed across it. Half of the seal was visible on the form, which suggests that he mishandled my form. Then too I sent him a fresh form, he again told me that one more letter is required and the form is still incomplete. At that time, he himself did not know why was it incomplete. He kept up his arrogant attitude and then I conveyed it to my allotted thesis supervisor at the Taiwanese University. He contacted embassy officials and they told me that they have given clear instructions to the agent about the missing components of the form, which he did not passed on to me. I was left with no choice but to apply for deferment of my registration, because there was no time left. This led me to depression because I came on the verge of losing my deserved scholarship and admission. At this stage, I went to his office and took my papers back. He did not take any responsibility for this and kept saying that he informed me correctly. When I asked for proof of it then he diverted the topic to his fees. He told me that if I don’t pay him the fees till MEA verification plus INR 2250/- which he already deposited to the Embassy’s account for

I want a compensation of INR 20000 and suitable ban or regulations must be imposed on AVN Overseas Pvt Ltd so that they are stopped from harassing other students like me. He has based his work on false promises and high claims mentioned on his website are fluke (http://www.certificateattestation.in/).
