I have subscribed to the english version of Chandamama on 5th October 2012 for the period of 2 years wide Order Number: 20001.
I received only Nov & Dec 2012 copies of the subscription & later it has been stopped. I am continuously following for the reason for not sending the subsequent copies through email,they are sending a single line reply for the past 2 months- “Apologies for the inconvenience,Due to some printing issue, delay in dispatch of February’2013 magazines.We will send your shortly and let you know the dispatch details”. They are ignorant to the emails & there is no answer to the phone calls made.
Justification for the apologies since the Magazine is available of the stores & they are telling printing problem.I want the full amount of my subscription to be refunded along with the interest & the reason why they are ignoring the repeated requests.
