dear sir,
i have a complaint regarding the extra sms charges on my mobile no- 9829513544.
i recharged my number on 9-march-2010 with Rs. 63(unlimited sms pack). But i am being charged Rs1 per sms from 8.00 pm 11-march-2010. I complaint to the customer care executive,but my problem is not solved yet
I request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible. my copmplaint number is 216700
