It is noticed with utter concern that most of the local retailers [ in Bankura town and its outskirts ] of soft drinks-of any make- are charging extra bucks from the buyers, in the name of cooling charge etc. On verbal complaints it is said -“this is the practice in vogue and everyone is adopting this (unfair) means”. Could you please , mobilize your team and verify the facts from the open market and take adequate redressal measures to alleviate the cause of the poor sufferers ?
