I Mahender kumar gupta s/o shri mahesh gupta resident of 15 k shriramnagar extension want to lodge a complaint against M/S L.C>Sons Motors Sirsi road jaipur.Details are as follows.
A moped make TVS XL Super HD frame No. MD 621BD1692K22623 & Engine No.ODIK 91137258 colour green key No. 0034 purchased from L.C Sons Motors E-90-91 Hanuman nagar(E) sirsi Road Jaipur on 07/10/2009.The dealer charged Rs 23450/-(Ex-Showroom Price) amount,Whereas the TVS company is showing the advertisement in the news papers for the same vehicle as Rs 22650/-#(Ex showroom price jaipur) making a difference of Rs 800/-
when the above said dealer contacted for the above said difference he replied that it is tranportation charge.As the Ex-showroom price shown in the advertisement do not reffer such exra charges. In my view the dealer has cheated me & might be cheating to other consumers in the same way. I request you to look into the matter sympathetically & arrange to return my extra money at the earliest.
