i have a prepaid gang card purchased last year. i was told i have a wap service which will be free for next two years (until its validity). few days back my balance used to get deducted daily. on 8 sept i recharged and the very next morning i found my balance nil. i asked the customer care about this but they told me that the charges are applicable for using wap services. i told them the company atleast should have inform me . they said we messeged all the customer. i didnt get any messege and when i told them to show me the msg details the refuse.
