Dear sir, the bharti Axa life insurance co. gave me a insurance policy saying that this is u lip plan , but when I got my documents and seen this is a traditional plan, I said to the agent ( Bharti Axa Life insurance)– branch Delhi– that pl. cancel my policy, and he ignore my request– for 2-3 months, later he took my signature on 2-3 papers saying that he will arrange to return back my money — 1 Lac Rs, but continuously following to them , still i have not got my money as a premium amount. for your kind information herewith i am giving my details as: name- M.K.shrivastava Policy No–500-8382045 I took the policy in 2012 ( one premium paid my me –1 Lac), so pl. look the matter coz i have been cheated by the Bharti Axa life insurance co. the name of the agent is 1. Mr. Vijay pandey ( Mob No–09555852200 and 2. MR Amit ( Mob No–08802024309. I wrote to the company regarding the matter , but they are saying that my time bond period is expired, no action taken by the company. so at last I am writing to you with great hope, because you are the Higher authority to look after all the insurance matter. So I request you to kindly pl. help me and arrange to return my money ( 1 Lac Rs.). Now I am in much depression and suffering since last one year.
