Hi, I got a call from Viabangalore.com executive Chaaya on 19th May 2013 and she told me that she is calling from KSTRC Bangalore and I won a free lucky coupon gift from KSRTC and to claim that gift I need to go to their office so I and my husband went to their office. When we reached there we came to know that it was a marketing strategy and they were selling some tour services and they told us they have a tie up with KSRTC (Which is wrong) and they are offering a tour for 3 Nights/4 Days and we need to become member of Viabangalore.com and need to pay 15000 Rs money, but later we paid 7000 Rs money and they told us that if we want to cancel this tour then they will refund my whole amount. When today I did some search about this Viabangalore.com and I found that customers have filed many complaints against them and I am feeling cheated based on below points: 1) They are not picking up the calls. I tried to call on “9972914988: Prabhu(Head of ViaBangalore)” and “Ankit : 8892511856” but no one is receiving. 2) When I called to customer care then they said money will not be refunded however they promised to refund my money back if I wish to cancel this package. 3) They have given a four pages document in which no TIN number and Registration Number is mentioned means this is totally fake company and it is not registered at all. 4) I visit their website “http://viabangalore.com” and found that their office address is not mentioned at all. 5) They have given me a receipt of payment of 7000 Rs but on that receipt also no TIN number and Registration Number is mentioned means again this is totally fake company and it is not registered at all. 6) They claimed us that they are partner of KSRTC and later I came to know that they are not at all partners of KSRTC. Sir I wish to get my money back so kindly help me to get my money back. Regards Priyanka Gupta
