With due regards this is to let you know that even after
1.making complaints to the India Consumer Forum on 23/09/2011 and
2. getting reply from the Bajaj Insurance team on 24/09/2011
That there is no insurance policy given to me ,
1. Bajaj Allianz has violated their own words,
2. Have sent to me papers of Certificate of Insurance of Group policy no. 0223291728, Membership no. 5911750505, which was received at my residence yesterday, on the basis of that talk of which I’ve written the complaints and what they demanded was that the insurance was not given to me.
I request you Sir to take some immediate action against this horrible Cheating of Bajaj Insurance company which pays no heeds to neither consumers’ nor Consumer Forum’s words, nor theirs. They are worser than the thieves and are maintaining a good name while trying to snatch money from the pockets of the Indian Citizens. I’ve taken EMI loans from Bajaj for buying my camera and Air Conditioner with Loan A/c no. Loan# 4100CD00163263 but that doesn’t mean I’ll have to be their servant.
I’ve copied the two mails- 1. from Indian Consumer Forum to Bajaj and 2. from Bajaj to me for your kind referance.
I DONT HAVE ANY WISH & INTEREST TO CONTINUE THE ABOVE MENTIONED POLICY AND DEMAND IMMEDIATE STOPPAGE OF THE SAME AND CONFIRMATION LETTERS OF THE STOPPAGE OF THE POLICY TO MY RESIDENCE IMMEDIATELY.

Please see below a complaint from Mr. Souvic Das, Kolkata with regard to insurance cover taken by him on repeated request by your rep. He states that he was made to believe that he can cancel the Cover later on however, when he later wanted to cancel your office has refused the same. Sir, I’m a customer of Bajaj Finance Ltd. With user id 5445501, Loan A/c no Loan# 4100CD00163263. I have got a AC with this loan and have bought a camera on 17/09/11 again with a loan. Now yesterday (21st Sept) I got a call from Bajaj, to do an insurance with Rs200 for 8 months. I didn’t agree, but due to the repeated requests from the caller I said them to send me the copies, I asked him repeatedly whether I can cancel it later, he said at any moment I can do that. After that call, after discussing about it with others, I decided to cancel the agreement. But to my surprise and agony, none of the no.s worked when I tried to call them up. No toll-free no., no number I got from the internet, just nothing. I just couldn’t tell them to cancel the order. Today I went to their office at 24 Park Street Kolkata, they said my agreement is already forwarded to their Pune office and they cant cancel it anyway. I’ll have to pay them the insurance money. No way to reject it.
I’m shocked and astonished. Even if before the payment I get this type of treatment where my calls are not answered, and etc, what will happen to me once I pay? I immediately want to cancel this insurance policy with Bajaj Finance. Please help.
