I brought used car from BAPA SITARAM AUTO COMMISSION AGENT at SURAT.
After the complete payment of the vehicle he didn’t give me the RC book and avoid my query.
I went at Surat almost every Sunday and ask him he just avoid me.
After 6 month later he give me the Duplicate RC book instead of Original RC book as we discussed and confirm for the Original RC book.

At last he told me that they will give me the book after name transfer or ownership transfer procedure but it is still pending and at last he said I have to do this.
So because of almost 6 month and Duplicate RC book I am cheated by them.
Please guide me about the legal procedure and if possible than I want to go to court for that.
