I am Ashish Kandari, I want to complain against Club Group of Hotels aka Destination Resorts India Pvt Ltd) for false promise and cheating. I have been cheated for sum of Rs 25300. (Receipt attached). On 29 of December 2012, I got a call from Club Group for free two days hotel stays gift voucher. And I have to just listen to their presentation about their group and RCI ( Resort Condorum of International). Their Mr Lalit Narayan and Mr Ravi Rajput offer me membership for Approx Rs 125000( Red Membership) and Rs 150000 (Blue Membership), which I rejected and then they force me to buy some package for Rs 25300(with Account No DMC 6) for 1 Week travel voucher each for two year. They also mis-informed and false promise that I can use this voucher on 86 Five Star property. Later they denied that they can’t provide hotel of my choice ( i.e Five Start hotel like Leela, Hyaat or Taj). I also been their sales office which is at west gate mall, second floor on 12 Jan 2013, when I reached their I got to know that one of the Club Group executive beat a customer, probably because he was not purchasing their membership. These types of people are hired by club group. Case was registered in Rajouri Garden Police Station. So I don’t want any kind of service from this company. I talk to Mr Pradeep Kaushik regarding canceling of my voucher and refund of my money. He asked me to meet me Mr Diwaker Ranjan. I asked for refund of my money and I have already been several times to their corporate office which is at Viswadeep Tower, 10th Floor, District Centre Janakpuri New Delhi – 110058. But they are giving different reason every time. They ( Mr Rakesh Giri) are also claiming that if I wish to cancel then they will deduct Rs 15000, without any reason. I want to complain against Club group of hotels for false promise and cheating.
