Cheating by samsung service centre, aundh pune

Hi, I had submitted my Samsung Mobile phone for display change. They have changed my display and lost my EMEI no. Now my phone has no network. They are asking me to change the motherboard now and also pay for it so that I can begin to use the mobile phone. Samsung Service Center is now asking me to cough up another Rs 10,000. Is this fair business practice anywhere in the world ?

Just because Indian Consumer Laws are not enforced strictly doesn’t mean that a multinational company like Samsung be careless about the customers in the market for fault of their service centers. I want immediate action to be taken by the company against service center and my phone be rectified at free of cost.
