I HAVE APPLIED TO CHANGE THE DEBIT CARD TO RBS BANK ON 28.06.2010. THEY PROMISED ME TO DELIVERED THE SAME WITH IN 7 WORKING DAYS , AFTER 7 DAYS WITH LOTS OF FOLLOW UP WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE CENTRE I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT HAVING MY ZIP CODE SO WHY THEY ARE UNABLE TO DELIVERD MY CARD , I HAD GIVEN TEHN & AGAIN REREQUEST FOR THE SAME ON 7.08.2010 , THEN AGAIN THEIR EXECUTIVE PROMISED ME THAT THEY ARE FORWARDING MY COMPLAINT ON PRORIETY BASIS AND I WILL RECEIVE MY CARD WITH IN 2-3 DAYS OR MAXIMUM BY 7 DAY , YESTERDAY ON 15.07.2010 I AGAIN CALLED TO THEM THE PERSON WHOM I TALKED WAS THE MOST SENIOR PERSON OF RBS BANK HE TALKED TO ME IN AVERY BAD WAY AND LASTLY TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO COLLECT MY CARD FROM THEIR CP BRANCH AT DELHI, I AM LOCATED AT GURGAON & I AM WORKING WOMEN. I AM NOT ABLE TO DO ANY TRANSICTION SINCE 28.06.2010, AND I AM IN GREAT NEED OF MONEY , AND NOT GETTING ANY SATISFACTORY RESPONCE FROM THEIR SIDE , SO I WANT TO DO THE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE RBS BANK
