It is so painful that i’ve done business with the company,please refer to the mentioned Docket no lodged on 19th Sept 2013 for acquiring service,but still now no one has done the needful. After several calls,for last one month.they have not given me any service,whereas they took the payment of Rs 7430/- on 10-09-12 for a contract of 2 years AMC, which they have breached. Please take necessary action against them so that no other consumer go for their product. It is an appeal to look into the matter on an urgent basis.
