dear sir

i was using vodafone postpaid number 9646900512. vodafone is not providing any service number which will give information about your internet usage.due to lack of this service i unfortunately used more internet.regarding this issue i talked with customer and mailed to nodal officer.but didn’t get proper answer every time only they are telling pay the bill.how normal person pay such big amount.this is mistake of vodafone that they are not providing any service number for internet usage otherwise we can limit our usage.kindly do needful.

As vodafone has called me to give 50 percent waiver of my net usage but i want 100 percent because why i should suffer for their mistake and also waiver in incoming calls that are done by vodafone persons when i was in roaming
