Sir, I purchased a new chervolet car from “Sarnam Motors” on 06-Jan-2011 and as the company promised me for the gurantee for the parts for 3 years and i gave my car for service on 04-Jan-2014 to regent automobiles, faridabad. Regent automobiles found some issue in the part and they told me that they can’t give me guarantee for the car as the guarantee has been expired on 31-Dec-2013, but the invoice which i have with me say that the guarantee will expire on 06-Jan-2014. The necessary document attached. Only one document can be attached.

I want the amount paid for service is Rs. 14653/- I suffered for 6 days to get the car gurantee and i spend almost one weak of my life. So the amount should be around Rs. 25000/-. For mentally dissatisfaction and hurt in my daily routine- the amount should be Rs. 50000/- 3. I called up GM motors again and again for the solution and email also on daily basis.
