I purchase brand new car from CHEVROLETTE (GM) Modle BEAT-LS in year 2010 February bearing registration Number DL.9CT.2593 In April 2011 I’ve been relocated to Bangalore and since then I’m getting routine service of my car at Bangalore based M/s KROPEX (I) Services Pvt Ltd. It’s almost more than 30-times that I’ve brought my car to the service station and most of the time for the same complaint.

Apart from consumables the car got lower Arm NOISE, Steering column NOISE, A/c compressor NOISE, Switch knobs getting tight, A/c compressor PULLEY broken off, frequent replacement of suspensions and clutch assembly along with flywheels etc. I’ve paid over Rs:1.50Lacs as a total cost of ownerships on repairs for 3-years but yet the car condition is NOT satisfied and run even for a week without problem

Chevrolette claims Rs:15K-20K for 3-years as maintainance cost but I’ve spent over Rs:1.50Lacs so Either car has to be taken back to factory for check up or replaced or bear the extra money that “ve spent on car service
