Chevrolet – cheated by the dealer

I want inform you regarding my recent purchase experience with GM & team cheating done with me by the dealer Venus Bhubaneswar , From Online verification I know that , in LS model seat height adjustment is available . but during delivery I didn’t found that and the sales person confirm me that this is new model & 2013 Model . but I found that car model is 2012 after verification from customer care , after 1 day of vehicle delivery I found that water is pouring from roof inside the vehicle , which was rectified by some glue or what not inform to me , same is told to the dealer if any further any leakage found I will return that vehicle. My great concern is :- 1>Why the dealer give me April 2012 model vehicle & told me that this is new 2013 Model. 2>Why seat height adjustment is not there , where as it showing in feature in Chevrolet India website . 3>Why form roof top of the car water leakage happened in a new vehicle. 4>During delivery I found that in left rear seat door a scratch is there which was informed to the dealer sales person. Now I am requesting to you , would you please look into this matter . If nothing can’t done please take this car & refund my money .
