Dear sir I have delivered my car SPARK grey color bearing no JK 01s 4727 at KC Motors near hydepora bybass Srinagar on 21 dec 2013 they provided me job card wherein they have. Promised to return my car on 1 jan2014 .however despite reminders on phone with different executives including Deputy Manager they failed to address my issue ..i have baby which I have to left at his uncles home since my spouse is also working &there is no one who can take care of my baby I have to took my baby in auto which has caused me incontinence & mental torture ,agony besides financial loss & affecting health of my baby because of cold wave which he has to face in auto. sir whole incident is frustrating that if they cant deliver on promising date why they are accepting cars for repairing.it has been one month now my patience is running out I want severe action against KC MOTORS besides compensation to me because of mental torture &agony which I suffered from one month thanking you in anticipation .
