My self sandeep yadav a resident of bhilai chhattisgarh , brought a chevrolet spark two years before ( still in Warranty) from vardhman motors ,kumhari , i left my car in recently opened service center of chevrolet which is located at Bhilai , near maurya chandra talkies and a service supervisor has attended it and prepred my job card i.e for genral check up and servicing ( oil , air filter, fuel filter changing & washing).

My problem is that during changing of oil in service center by mechanic , the thread of oil chamber gets free , on next day when I went to take back my car , they said that we will change the oil chamber and for that they requested to put my car for one extra day in showroom for fixing the above issue, after that they called my next day that the above issue gets fixed , but when i reached there on 2nd day they said that due to unavailabilty of oil chamber, we haven’t replaced it but fixed it with a quick fix / anabond type of material jammed the Nut it , which is quite objectionable from my side, after that they talked to senior official at kumhari service center and make me to talk to him , and that person told me that grant us one more extra day for the same and i will fix the issue and also told me that rather than changing the oil chamber , they will take my car from Bhilai service center to Kumhari service center and make the thread of the oil chamber.

Due to there commitment i again came back from showroom, but this my third day i am without my car , no status has been reported to me and that official to whom i talked is also on leave and no body is knowing about the status of my car.

A chevrolet company is a very well renowned company in terms of sales and service but i never ever dream of such type of harassment which i am facing from continously 3 days. Please help me and clarify the status and fix the above issue about my car and return my car as soon as possible.

plz tell me about the date and time( precisely) , so that i can manage my daily routine & my official journey with some other arrangement.
