Hi, I have taken a new car Chevrolet Enjoy by providing my old car for exchange to this dealer. I have availed bank loan too for the car and the dealer owes me 2lakh 87 thousand as refund after adjusting the loan amount paid by bank. The amount is pending for settlement over past 10 days and i donot see a definitive time the dealer is refunding it to me. Need your intervention.

Monetary loss and as i have met with accident in the same car, this refund will help me book my new car and take timely delivery of the same. I have borrowed cash to address my medical needs during the accident and this delay is impacting me and my ability to return the cash i have borrowed from people to address medical emergency.
