i have send the parcel to registerd lucknow em712690094in on 23/08/2013 but it is still not delivered to the party . hence i have raised many email to the chief post master but he is not responding to mail . i guess whether is reading the mail or not . i do not know why such a irresponsible behaviour is shown but the senoir most authority. this kind of service is not expected i public service.

i want the parcel to delivered or it should be returned to me
