i ordered iBall Andi 4d (Special Wine) mobile phone in chirkaa.com on 10-01-2014, i paid money for that order through internet banking, i have order receipt and successful fund transfer receipt in my email. i not get that mobile phone , but they are cancelled my order without my acceptance 22-01-14.

i want that mobile phone, i have ordered receipt in my email for purchased it and successful paid receipt. i can not accept their cancellation without my acceptance
