I would like to bring to your notice the fact that CIBIL is charging Rs 142 Fess for consumers for the Credit Report which is in violation of the Ministry of Finance Order (F.No. 7/67/2005-BOA (iii)) dated June 2006.

The Gazette notification of the order says,
For providing to an individual his own credit information, a credit information company may charge such amount as it deems appropriate not exceeding Rs.100/-.

Mr. Pranab Mukherjee kindly look into the issue ASAP.
