Respected Sir, Today at 20.30 Hrs,I bought a packet of CHARMS Cigarette from the shopkeeper RATHNA TEA STALL, No.1 West Karikalan Street, Adambakkam, Chennai 600088. The printed MRP on the packet was Rs.25, but the shopkeeper had demanded me to pay Rs.30. When I argued for excess charging, he insisted on me paying Rs.30. Kindly arrange to take action on the shopkeeper, since this is not the first time, but continues to be a habitual offender. Thanking you.
