I had booked my flight tickets with Citi Bank credit card. And later i had to cancel my ticket. The airlines had already given all details to Bank for transfer made back to bank but till date i cannot see the refund in statement. My complete name sandeep harishchandra kapse as per bank record.

I had been charges more in credit card bill than my actual use because they did not refund the amount in bill under the fear of CIBIL Credit Reports and Score. I want citi bank to refund the amount as early as possible and minus the interest charge on my bill.
