Late payment charges charges leived on my card no. 1) 4386XXX0XXXX5202 and 2) 5546XXX6XXXX0020 without 1) non receipet of statement 2) Non intimation of late payment charges before one week to the consumer,etc as per the RBI norms even though I have paid within 1 week from the due date and Iam unable to pay the excess amount
