I have a loan on my credit card with Citibank. When I took this loan, I was never informed about it. Now when I am trying to close, they are coming with a preclosure charges and other things. I have declined their request to pay pre closure charges. I have written them several email even to Mr. Pramit Jhaveri but there has been no resolution

I am going through a mental and physical harassment. I have to keep on answering phone calls and write emails. It is not easy for me to spend time on email. I was about to lose my job as they kept on calling the day several times when I had instructed them not to do so. When I didnt answer, they wrote an email stating that they are unable to reach me.

I want the pre closure charges not to be levied on my account. I also want Citibank to pay me at least 10000.00 rupees as compensation in lieu of harassment I have been subjected to. I have spend time and money on calling their chargeable customer services numbers as well.
