Citi Credit Card Refund of Cancelled Airline Ticket Booking Not Received

I had booked flight tickets with Indigo airline and made payment through citi bank credit card. I canceled the tickets in September and indo go airlines says they had made payment to Bank. They had also given payment details to bank but till date i had not received refund from bank.

I want the bank should minus the refund amount from credit card bill. This is the plight of Citizens where SErvice Level Guarantee never exists and it is always the consumer who is at the receiving end. As subject expert CardBhai rightly points out that a Unique Transaction number for all Card Transactions must be available with all the parties involved in the transaction – Consumer, Card Processing Agent, merchant and Finally the Bank which has issued the card. Will rBI wake up and help consumers such as us ?
