Hi this is my Citibank credit card complaint no. 405802. my credit card no 4386 2800 XXXX 2552. i am using this card from July-2012. on 28-12-2012. I had ask to costumer care executive how many reward point in my account ? executive told me 5250 reward point you have. again i had ask how i can used this point? executive told me to you will use against for your balance amount. again i ask how many amount to add in my account against rewards point?executive told me 1 point= 1.00 RS. i ask him 2 time . he give me same answer. i told ok so plz go and proceed for this rewards points. but after 2 days when i checked my account i saw only 1835.00 RS was debited in my account. I had again call ask to costumer care executive why this happen? they told me actuly 1point= 0.35 Rs.they accept their mistake and told me they had gave me wrong information also they heard recorded call again and they accept their mistake. but i want my full amount those they commitment to me in first call. that is their mistake. i cant help. when our payment late they cant help to me so why i can help to him. please help me i want my full amount.
