This brand was running a offer in month of june 2014 under the scheme with voltas and with citibank credit card dept, wherein i was suppose to avail a 5% cash back offer on purchase of voltas air conditioner in spite of my repeated follow up mail to the customer support team and regular request with the customer service number till date issue is not closed and also the team has not revert for the same. very pathetic customer services and customer grievance are not handled properly by the team.

I demand that as per their commitment the amount was to be credited to my account on 31st Aug 2014 which is already being delayed and there was no support to resolve my complaint.
