I have booked a duplex in there project CITY HOMES, Sijuput, Tamando, Bhubaneswar, Khurdha. in 2011, August, 15th. Since then even if they took 2 year to fix all the govt formalities like registration, BDA approval,yet they are not starting up the construction.

I have already paid then more than Rs.12,00,000/- (twelve Lakhs)since 2011. for land registration. I made my loan approval through HDFC LTD. by giving them Rs. 11,300/- (Eleven Thousand three hundred) as the processing fees. For miscellaneous I have spent More than Rs. 20,000 (twenty thousand). All money receipts are with me. provided by them

I want them to start up the construction immediately to disburse the loan amount so that my sanctioned loan will not be cancelled. handover me my duplex as per the commitments which has already been delayed.
