I have lodged a claim on 17/06/2008 and you first rejected on 23/06/08,saying you are not covered,you insured both policies in shopkeeper policy, then after interfere of Mr. M.C.Agrawal, chief manager, NIC LTD, Kolkotta, they( Jaipur R.O.) take up the matter and depute surveyor on14/11/2008 and he demanded so many papers.
I provided him three years ITR along with audit report & annexture,sales tax registration, shop act registration,bank sanction letter, bank stock statement , provisional trading a/c,rent receipt, bank statement from 1/04/2007 to 30/06/2008, paper cutting of news paper – DANIKBHASKAR & RAJASTHAN PATRIKA, and some other paper.
They are negative on this matter from very beginning.
The loss in my godown by Road water ,which I noted in the claim form and my godown is fully covered by RCC roof and entrance is also covered by 10 ft. from last wall of the godownand complete common wall is also contracted, the surveyor is saying entrance of thegodown is open to sky and no safety majors, You may just check it by photographs taken by surveyor in which boundary wall & shed from entrance to boundary wall is very clear and you may inspect the premises again, The surveyor is appointed by co.after 5 months .
I requested so many times to Mr. Husain SRM & SDM but they are not agree to hear any thing, and last two time he say that we not not concerned with you so far and disconnect phone.

When I demand him copy of policy which they have not served till oct-08 (Insurance done on 03/02/2008)because no policies send by them earlier, either to the bank or to us, he send me only two computer generated papers on printed office letter head.no other information(terms & conditions) is enclosed with that letter and in his every letter he is saying as per terms & conditions .
I am writing them from last 3 months for providing proposal form, terms & conditions & copy of cover note but they have not provide, My bank’s controller also write 3-4 letters and make so many call personally in last 2 months to Mr. Husain but no benefit. My Banks cross selling depts. AGM also call & write to him but their is no reply by them(Mr. Husain & Mrs. Datta.)
