Trip Id 1409076386 I had booked a return flight from Bombay to Johannesburg and back on refundable ticket. The ticket says the cancellation fees is Rs. 3000 and total price of ticket was Rs. 48000. I had to cancel the return leg of the flight and the refund that has been processes is only Rs. 1469. Even after taking out the processing fees etc, the amount to refund should be Rs. 20,000.

I had a loss of Rs. 24,000. lot of mental trauma and stress. The problem had started right from the time of booking. They had booked me on wrong dates which led me to cancel the ticket in the first place.

I just want the complete refund of Rs. 24000 for my ticket. I am not imposing manhandling charges for now.
