Dear Sir, I am writing to you as Prateek Kumar Mishra. I have received a phone call offering job in Pharmaceutical Company (specifically Ranbaxy and Cipla) in NCR region. They told me that they are a Delhi based recruitment consultant hired by the mentioned companies. As I am looking for a job I asked them the procedure. They asked me to come online and make a profile on their website www.click2employement.com. I proceeded and then they told me that there is a charge for this service but they will charge only the service tax at this time and the remaining amount will be charged with the first salary. Then they guided me to two processes [(1500+ tax = 1741.58 INR) & (2050+Tax = 2303.38 INR)] but each time the amount shown at the time of payment was full amount. I asked them about that then they told me that they will block the payment gateway and only service tax will be charged. But each time they charged me the full amount. At that time I suspected that I was being cheated. I inquired about that again to which their representative told me that their have been a problem in the system thats why I have been mistakenly charged with full amount. Then he told me that he have processed my request and it will credited back in my account soon. Then he put the line on hold and after 15-20 minutes disconnected the phone line. I tried to contact them on the same phone number but call did not connected. After some times Mr. Alok called me and asked me to do some more processes. I asked him to please cancel my order right now. He tried to convince me to not cancel but on my insisting gave me a contact number of Mr. Vijay (as Account Head). I talked to him and he told me that I for that I have to do a process. And for that he gave me a profile ID and password and asked me to log on and do the same process exactly as I have done earlier. I did not digest that but did what he was saying. He assured me that refund will be credited back to my account next morning. But next morning when I called back on his phone and enquired about that he told me that I have to give him the detail of another ATM card with a balance of atleast 2000INR then only I can get my money back. I questioned that and asked me to explain and mail me the all requirements for the refund but he disconnected the phone. I sent them email twice for cancellation of my order but they did not respond. I tried to contact on the phone number given by them but none connected. They again contacted me for more money and when I enquired about my order He told me sarcastically that “do whatever you are not going to get your money back”. I request you to please guide me that what should I do! It’s not just my money as they are cheating many candidates daily. Please reply me! I want refund of money. I also request to please put a enquiry against this recruitment company because i suspect they are indulged in to fraudulent activities. I have also founded some complaint against them in various blogs/forum for consumers on internet.
