Close to a month still awaiting for my Product

I Placed an order on the 8.05.2010 with Home shop Tv 18 with the order number 703741932 ,sub order 73946178 for a Pearl Necklace Product code 477-43. I had made the complete payment through my credit card for the amount of 2599 the same day. I was informed that the package would be with me in the Next 7-8 days.On the 15.05.2010 when i called the helpline number 18001800918 i was informed that the package has been shipped out after some delay through Firstflight courier with the Confirmation number for the courier B-11998611.I was happy that i will get the package really soon so i ignored the slight delay.The Real fun started now..After some days when i still did not get the package i called Up First flight and to my shock they informed me that the number was invalid and they have not recieved any packages .So i called up the help line on the 22.05.2010 compliant number 477418,as i thought i was given the run around and false promsies were made that i will get the package within the Next 48 hours.Which did not happen.I kept me patience and called again on and was told by a supervisor that she would make sure that the package would be there in the Next two hours.As expected i have not recieved any thing no one knows where the package is .I spoke to Sanjay a Supervior again on the 01.06.2010 and he said it would take another 48 hours but does bot know where the package is.Its going to be close to a Month i don’t know where to go ,i am sick and tired of the Run around given to me ….I don’t see a light at the end of the tunnel.I don’t understand why do these companies make False Promises and why isn’t any one Ready to take ownership of the problem.In a few days i will given up becuase i can’t take the long hours on the phone any more.Is there any one who can help me
