I have purchesed a prepaid sim of Airtel.
After few days my outgoing & incoming
calls has closed .When I contected to the
shopkeeper(Pushpanjali,Shivpuri),he
talk to the authorised person of Airtel.
He advised me that submit the required
documents again.I have submitted all required documents(i.e- Driving licence
& photo,but even after 15 days my sim
is inactive till this date. When I contected
to the Airtel office of Boring road near
pani tanki mor (in the building of Allahabad bank) on the no.9934053375
(mr. Akhilesh) he talked very roughly and say me that go to the consumer forum court than your no. 9955697920
will be active but I thought that firstly I should complain to the company and secondry to the consumer forum because I have a faith in AIRTEL. I hope
my complain will be entertained by the
company(AIRTEL). So pls. activate my
