Club Laptop – Defect battery not giving backup

Dear Sir, I have purchased the Laptop Battery from Club Laptop on 15-May-2013, that battery were defect and there is no back up of the battery after we have communicated with the dealer for replacement on 03-Mar-2014. They instructed to send the battery to their address, as we have also sent through courier on our own expenses on 24-Mar-2014. Then we have received the replacement battery on 02-Apr-2014, again we are facing the same problem the battery is not giving the backup for a minute. When we are trying get the original battery which will give us the long time backup, now they are saying the warranty has been expired.

Really I need a Original Battery or Refund the amount which we paid for the non life running battery.
