Miscommited me 14 day holiday for 2yrs now saying its valid for one year.abused me on the phone.repeated harrasment .

1)outflow of Rs 228500 downpayment. 2)loss on the use of money and interst cost 3)emotional harrasment leading to health problem

1)written apology on company letterhead and all concerd person 2)to fulfill the commitment
