Co-op Housing society of the building (whether residence or commercial) falls under “Consumers protection Act” as they charge thousands of rupees every month from the occupants and hence they are bound to provide services. They are bound to listen to our grievance for its redressal without any favour as we found in our case, where still after two months, the society did not care even to reply. A copy of our grievance is enclosed herewith which consists the complete malpractices this society is playing with us. – rameesh agarwal
