Dear Sir/ Madam, I myself NIRJHAR KUNDU, residing at Belgharia, Kolkata- 700056, WEST BENGAL was being served with an expired soft drinks of COCA-COLA company by a shopkeeper which was a “THUMPS UP”. On 29/12/2013, while I was in Murshidabad, a local shopkeeper served me with an expired THUMPSUP which was manufactured on 26/07/2012 at 13:09 hours as mention on the lebel of the product. The shopkeeper not only charged me Rs. 12, while the Maximum Retail Price was Rs.10 but also gave me the expired product. As per the regulations, the validity of the soft drink was only 6 months. The local shop is situated just beside/adjacent to the MURSHIDABAD RAILWAY STATION, WEST BENGAL. Moreover while I asked for another product of same soft drink, I found that all other soft drinks were outdated and expired. Therefore, I sincerely request you to take necessary steps regarding this matter and please investigate about the same to stop these kinds of malpractices. The necessary photo proof of my complaint is attached.

Please take the necessary steps and investigate about this case in order to stop such malpractices. Please also mail/ inform me about the proceeding of the case time to time.
