Dear Concerned,
I have complaint many of times but not getting the solution plz help me.I am airtel subscriber. I have purchesed the airtel no. +91-9872418718 on
15-01-2006. On the same day i have recharge this no. with Rs. 999/- for life
time validity.I have received the balance of just Rs. 10/- with that voucher.At
that time I have asked many of time to continue my validity which was 27 years
(as per company customer care dept. told me on that time).Every time they have
answered me and ensured me that i have to fullfill only one of the following
condition to continue my 27 years validity there for i purchased that voucher.
thats it i had to do nothing except to fullfill only one of the following
condition.The conditions were as below

1. TO MAKE A SINGLE CALL FROM MY AIRTEL NO. DURING SIX MONTH
2. TO RECEIVE A SINGLE CALL FROM MY AIRTEL NO. DURING SIX MONTH
3. TO RECHARGE ONCE IN A SIX MOTH WHETHER WITH RS. 10/- OR 100/-

But after four years the company have sent me a message and pressurising me
that i have to recharge Rs.200/- in every six month to continue my 27 years
validity and have to continue this process in future also. plz help me to sort
out this problem because i think the airtel is cheating me because of their
fake statements. Because i am not at the fault at any stand but the company is.
I hope you will understand my feelings and will help me.Even i have received a
message from co. on 16-03-10 to recharge my number before 27-03-10 but on
18-03-10 i have received the message to recharge before 21-03-10 or they will
discontinue my airtel number they are giving harrasment me on every day even
they send a messeage on 20-04-10 as well as 22-04-10 to me to recharge before 26-04-10 other wise
they will de-activate my number plz take the serious action against company for
their fake statement and harrasment to me they are equalising me with the
current customer who are enjoying the life time service with pay of almost nil
but i have paid Rs. 999/- even company have stopped my number on 01-05-10 even their executive have called me and assured me that the co. will not de-activate my number I am facing a huge problem plz take a serious action against co. and ask him to activate my number again without any cost even i have talked a lots of time to their north region head Mr. Gangesh on 4-05-10 at 11:15 a.m. for that he had essured that he will call me with in 24 hours and he had not called me then i called him on 6-05-10 on 4:00 p.m. then he ensured that he will have called me with in 48 hours but he had not called me after 96 hours i have called him on 10-05-10 at 5:15 p.m. but he did not pick my phone i have tried about 35 minutes bt no reply the company is a fraud company til now the company is giving me the fake statements

plz help me, I shall be thankful to you for this act of kindness
