Sir, i have a complaint about Airtel prepaid service in kerala. my number is 9746046954. on 6/8/13 oi recharged 25 rs gprs card and got 150mb of data. i browsed facebook that day. next day i browsed only facebook. at night 11 pm of 7/7/13 the balance shows 0mb and my main balace 7 rs also cutted. after that i call to custeercare the didnt accept my call. its 2g sim and my handset is nokia c200. please file a complaint against airtel
